 How Often Should I use the Oil?

If you have…

•Low Porosity Hair

Frequency: Once a week

Why? Tight cuticles make it hard for oils to penetrate. Use lightweight oils like argan or jojoba to avoid buildup.

•Medium Porosity Hair

Frequency: 1 -3 times a week.

Why? Balanced absorption and retention. Regular oiling with olive, sweet almond, or coconut oil maintains this balance.

•High Porosity Hair

Frequency: 3+ times a week.

Why? Gaps in cuticles lead to moisture loss. Use heavier oils like castor, avocado to seal in moisture and reduce frizz.
