Refund policy
As our products are fresh and perishable, we do not accept returns. Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once placed. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Alysium Beauty will not issue refunds for orders shipped to the address provided by the customer.
If items are returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, they can be resent upon return to sender (with the buyer responsible for postage fees).
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or with missing items, please contact customer service within 72 hours of delivery with photo evidence at support@alysiumbeauty.com. For more information, please refer to our shipping and delivery policy.
