We would like to update our valued customers regarding the delay with our LOC Spray pre-orders. While the product is made in-house, we are currently facing a delay with the shipment of the bottles, which have not yet arrived due to customs issues.

Unfortunately, our regular supplier has been unresponsive in resolving the matter. To ensure we can fulfil your orders as quickly as possible, we’ve sourced the bottles from an alternative supplier and they should be with us shortly. Once we have a confirmed delivery date, we will post an update here.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this has caused. Please be assured that we will make amends and all affected pre-orders will be compensated.
