Important Product & Shipping Updates

Orders containing Hair n scalp oils or Growth Oils are currently experiencing delays. If your order includes this item/s and your order takes longer than our recommended processing times to be dispatched, you will be compensated accordingly.

In addition, our Hair Butter will not be discontinued for the summer like it usually is. However, due to rising temperatures and the delicate nature of the product, it will now be made to order in small batches. This change is to prevent the butter from melting and reforming while sitting in storage which can ruin its texture and effectiveness.

Please note:

• If you order Hair Butter, expect potential delays due to the made-to-order process.
• We recommend storing it in the fridge to help it stay whipped.
• If it melts during transit, it’s still safe and effective to use—it’ll just take on a balm like texture. You can rewhip at home if you would like to using a hand mixer.
• The tub still contains the full amount of product. Whipped butters look fuller, while melted ones appear lower in volume due to density.
